How we do it
Requirement Gathering
Requirement Gathering is the main focus of project managers and stakeholders. At Solvak we have several meetings with managers, stakeholders and users of the system. We prepare a document of all the requirements so the development team and the client is on the same page. Ounce approved by the client we then plan the development and testing phase.
Design
The system and software design is prepared from the requirements. In this phase we also specify the hardware and system requirements, we also define the overall system architecture. Ounce the design is approved we start the HTML/CSS and PSD phase.
Implementation / Coding
When the design documents are ready, the work is divided in modules/units and actual coding is started. Project managers constantly check the quality of the code and there is also regular sharing of updates with the client so that He knows the progress of the project.
Testing and Deployment
After the project complete development, it is then tested against the requirements to make sure that the product is actually solves the needs gathered during the requirements phase. After testing locally the client tests the final product and ounce He/ She approves it then the work is transferred from our server to the clients server.
Maintenance & Support
